Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Anuka Studio. We take great pride in our creations, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Returns are only eligible for products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Exclusions: Products purchased during a sale period or at discounted pricing are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and our studio, a 360-degree unboxing video is compulsory.

  • The video must start before the package is opened.

  • It must clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the sealed package.

  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the continuous footage.

  • Without this video, we will be unable to process your return request.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is sent back to us:

  • Quality Inspection: Upon receiving the package, our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection.

  • Timeline: If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Only the cost of the product will be credited back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a request, please email us at anukastudio01@gmail.com with your order number and the mandatory unboxing video. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
